Welcome to leadfunnel. By accessing or using our CRM platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

leadfunnel is a multi-tenant SaaS CRM platform that provides:

• Lead management and pipeline tracking
• Invoice and quote generation
• Team collaboration tools
• Integration capabilities (WhatsApp, Email)
• Reporting and analytics

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Enable two-factor authentication (mandatory)
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

Our services are offered on a subscription basis:

• Free trial period of 14 days is available
• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Payments are processed through Razorpay
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not share your login credentials with unauthorized users
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information
• Respect the privacy of your leads and customers
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform. We do not claim ownership of your leads, invoices, quotes, or other business data. You may export your data at any time.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice. We are not liable for downtime due to circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, leadfunnel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
