Refund & Cancellation Policy

At leadfunnel, we strive to provide excellent service to all our customers. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures.
1. Free Trial Period
We offer a 14-day free trial for all new accounts. During the trial period:
- No payment information is required
- Full access to all features
- Cancel anytime without any charges
- Data will be deleted after 7 days of trial expiration
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Login to your account and navigate to Settings
- Cancel before the next billing date to avoid charges
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused days in the current period
3. Refund Policy
Important: We offer refunds only under specific circumstances as outlined below.
Eligible for Refund:
- Technical issues that prevent service usage and cannot be resolved within 7 days
- Duplicate payments or billing errors
- Requests made within 7 days of initial subscription (first-time subscribers only)
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Requests made after 7 days of subscription
- Change of mind or business circumstances
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Violation of Terms & Conditions leading to account suspension
- Custom development or setup fees
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at connect@leadfunnel.in
- Include your account email and order/transaction ID
- Describe the reason for your refund request
- Allow 5-7 business days for review
5. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days
- Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days
- You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
6. Downgrades
If you downgrade your plan:
- The new plan takes effect at the next billing cycle
- No refund for the difference in plan prices
- Features exceeding the new plan limits may be restricted
7. Account Suspension
If your account is suspended due to policy violations:
- No refunds will be provided
- You may request your data within 30 days
- After 30 days, data will be permanently deleted
